We are back!

After our usual January break post Christmas madness, we decided to take a futher break in February, call it a maternity leave! As I look back to 2021 when we started this business, we just had our first child and here we are now with two lovely daughters aged five and three plus our newly born son. Life is certainly hectic but utterly rewarding and now Mum has come on board to help with the day to day running of the business as we have grown both in terms of business and family.

We have taken some time this year to develop new hampers alongside those favourites you always request. Watch out for a brand new cheese hamper coming soon with some delicious chutneys and sauces to have with it. Whatever the occasion, our luxury hampers, with delightful Lake District and Cumbrian made products, always make an excellent present, celebration or just a sheer self indulgent treat. Customer feedback has been very positive. Bear in mind, if you prefer something specific or more bespoke you just need to get in touch.

Since we started our business we have been proud to support two different charities each year. It’s very difficult as a small company to respond to all requests (we genuinely wish we could) but making the decision to support local businesses by only selling products made in Cumbria meant that we decided to keep our charitable donations local too eg.Team Evie, Youth County Cricket, Dearham Parish, Eden Sick Children’s Trust and a local Cancer Charity. It has been a privilege to help in some small way.

Well, that’s a brief update for now. Thank goodness Spring has arrived and warmer weather is on it’s way.
